Proposal Connect covers the whole government contracting lifecycle — finding the opportunity, deciding whether to bid, writing the response, and managing the relationships and numbers behind it. Here are all 15 modules, what each one does, and where to find it. Availability depends on your plan; anything not enabled for your account is simply hidden from the sidebar.

Find and Qualify
Getting the right pursuits in front of you, and filtering out the ones that are not worth the effort.
Capture
Set your keywords and NAICS codes once, and a three-stage pipeline pulls new notices from SAM.gov, GovWin IQ, and Government Navigator, pre-screens them, scores fit against your company profile, then runs a deeper analysis on what survives. Candidates land in To Review, Qualified, and Captured tabs with the reasoning attached; rejected ones keep the reason they were dropped.

Opportunities and AI Analysis
The container for a pursuit: solicitation documents, metadata, team assignments, decision, and proposal. Upload the RFP or import the notice by ID or search, then run an analyzer — a reusable template defining which sections the AI produces. Sections stream in as they finish; regenerate any one of them, ask follow-ups in Ask More, or generate the compliance matrix.
Opportunities
Gate Reviews and Bid Decisions
Build a decision template as a tree of scored sections with weights totalling 100, and sections that can terminate the review at a Go or No-Go outcome. Generate the AI Go/No-Go report, score the sections (assignable to different people), route to named approvers, then record Bid or No Bid with the rationale.

Write and Win
Turning a Go decision into a compliant, submittable document.
Proposals and the AI Writer
A guided five-step workflow where each step gates the next: identify the template, identify documents, draft content, validate compliance, export. Around it sits a collaborative editor with live cursors and auto-save, per-section writing instructions, section statuses, a Tasks tab, and reusable proposal themes. Export to Word or PDF, save as a template, or push to SharePoint.
Proposals
Compliance
Requirements are extracted from the solicitation during analysis and assembled into a compliance matrix, so every shall, must, and will statement sits in one place and maps to the section answering it. During drafting, the quality agent re-checks the assembled proposal against those requirements and revises sections that fall short.

Collaborations
Professional+Share one specific proposal with a teaming partner's own Proposal Connect account. They get that proposal and the documents you explicitly share — not your pipeline, knowledge base, or other pursuits. It replaces emailing volumes back and forth and wondering which copy is current.
Collaborations
Knowledge Base
Your company library across ten categories — past performance, corporate capabilities, resumes, certifications, teaming partners, best-in-class content, solution documents, diagrams, company info, and other documents — organized with tags and file groups. Synced categories feed capture fit scoring, proposal drafting, and a chat interface that cites its sources.
Knowledge Base
Relationships and Numbers
The business around the bids — who you know, what is in the pipeline, and how the team is performing.
CRM
Professional+A government-contracting CRM in the same workspace as your pursuits. Track contacts and organizations with their relationships and history, log activities and tasks on a timeline, qualify and convert leads with configurable scoring, and move deals through pipeline stages you define. Reports cover pipeline, leads, activities, and forecast.

Product Workspace
A second CRM mode for teams selling products rather than bidding services. It swaps the sidebar for leads, organizations, contacts, opportunities, products, quotes, activities and tasks, and campaigns. Switch modes from the sidebar; the app remembers where you were in each and keeps your choice across devices.

Sales
The analytics layer over your pipeline, split into Company and Individual views. Pipeline value and status history, a capture efficiency funnel, contract award and total revenue charts, won-opportunity breakdowns, and per-person performance against quota.

Dashboard
Your starting screen: an event timeline of due dates and gate reviews, upcoming deadlines, a kanban board of proposals in flight, win-rate and pipeline-funnel charts, opportunity and contract-value cards, and quick actions. The layout is customizable.
Dashboard
Sub-accounts
EnterpriseRun multiple separate workspaces under one login — useful for a holding company, distinct business units, or a joint venture that has to keep its pipeline apart. Switch between them without signing out; each keeps its own opportunities, knowledge base, and members.

AI Agents
Purpose-built agents that plan a job, work through it step by step, and call tools to fetch what they need — gate review analysis, opportunity research, proposal structure and section writing, quality review, capture qualification, and knowledge base questions. Every plan, tool call, and result streams to the screen.

Where to start
- 1 Put a few real documents in the Knowledge Base — past performance, a capability statement, key resumes.
- 2 Create one opportunity and run an analysis on it. This is the fastest way to see what the platform actually produces.
- 3 Walk it end to end with the Getting Started guide.
